Setting up your Live Event

You will need to make a normal zoom meeting and share the link on your virtual booth. Here’s how to do it (or see help article here): 

  1. Go to Zoom and make a zoom meeting as you usually do (or just use your Personal Meeting link). Please do NOT require a password.
  2. Copy the zoom meeting link (or Personal Meeting room link)
  3. Log into your booth builder at https://manager.fairstop.com/auth/login.
  4. Go to the My Media Library Tab and select Presentations.
  5. Select “Create Presentation”
  6. Give your presentation a title including your institution name, such as “AATSEEL University Live Presentation”
  7. Paste your zoom link into the “Live Link” field (see screenshot)*.
  8. Set the time and date of your presentation. 
  9. Click the Save Changes button

Please do this sooner rather than later, as you will appear in the schedule tab on FairStop once you create the presentation. The sooner you create it, the more students will see it and plan to attend. 

If you have colleagues or students joining the meeting, simply share the zoom link with them and they’ll join like a normal meeting – no need to register or login to FairStop.
